Hi Darlene,
Well art comes very close to me, since I am painter and my brother too. Last night I did a post about his art at my home:

And if you can give me your opinion on my blog it will be awesome:

Thank you
Who is this artist? I just love this… It is STUNNING!!!
Thank you!
Definitely! I love the colors. Could you provide the name of the artist? Thanks for sharing this beautiful painting!
Seriously love the painting of the buffalo…Quiet, Outdoors, Nature. Quiet seems to be a common theme in my ’31 days of…’ posts!

Love the display, Darlene. Burl wood is so gorgeous and the painting really draws the warm tones out. Vero, wonderful pieces. I wish I could show you the drawing of the Eskimo woman that my uncle drew or some of my son’s work. Thanks for sharing.
I enjoy any paintings to do with English gardens, wildlife and landscapes, but one painting has taken my heart. I have a print of Twilight by Paul Chabas. I would like to have it enlarged, matted and framed in white. I know this is going to sound crazy but I want to hang it in my bathroom.

Thank you Darlene, and thank you too Heatheranne. I didn’t know anything about Paul Chabas, and I just read about him and see the print that you are talking about. I think that it will look great in your bathroom. Thanks again

The size is perfect, the colors muted which I love; the sconces on either side with those candles picks up the tones, the frame carried through in the throw pillows. This just struck me as an Impressionistic painting in a wonderful setting!
