    Great articles in BHG! These tips I’ve used with all the homes I’ve lived in. (Moved 17 times before hubby finally retired!). Now I share them with my kids, nieces and nephews as they start off with first homes and apts. Keep up the great work. Love following your blog!

  • Thank you for writing these articles! I got married at the beginning of June and moved into an apartment with my husband. EVERYTHING is beige — the walls, the carpet, the counters, the trim . . . it’s overwhelming and honestly I don’t love it. But we can’t paint or change anything since we’re just renting, and this gives me hope that I can somehow make it work.

  • Thank you for the articles! I was trying to keep our condo neutral for when we rent it out but I love color! I don’t want to change it because I think renters want neutral but I know now I can at least have pops of color without having to keep repainting 🙂
