This Spring, salmon has made its presence known in the design world.
Last week I shared my latest design board, which has a punch color of Salmon. I love how it adds cheer to this space:
The Salmons come in a variety of tones, from pale peaches all the way to vibrant corals. They are all pinks, but with a touch or “orangeness” to them, and even a touch of “muddy orange.”
Enjoy some Pin-spiration, of this amazing color, from my board “my thing for coral, salmon and peach.” And be sure to check out the gorgeous shopping at the bottom of the post, and let me know how YOU would weave Salmon into your space:

Note how, in some of the examples above {like the last one}, the designers went all out on Salmons, but in others {like the second to last one}, Salmon is simply a punch color. Let that get you thinking of how YOU would use this color in your space.
I would love to hear your thoughts on incorporating Salmon!

Darlene I love this color and the variations. I have just painted both a Chinese Trunk and Garden Stool in an almost Terra Cotta shade of coral. Love them. I will feature on my site soon!
