No. not me.
My baby sister. {isn’t he cute??}
And I could’t be more excited!! Finally, I can spill the beans online… and we just found out yesterday that she is going to have one of my favorite kinds of people {okay, at the risk of offending most of my readership: they actually ARE my favorite kind.} But that is how it is with us mommas of boys….
They have pretty much stolen our hearts, and they take our hearts with ’em into the mud and dirt and tractor wheels.
And as you can imagine, I am having fun thinking up all kinds of nursery decor. And pinning away, without mercy.
To see a plethora of both boy and girl and neutral nurseries, you can hop over to my Pinterest board: Inspiration Nurseries. And for a zillion tot ideas, and fun Grow-with-You decor, check out my inspiration collection at: Inspiration Children’s Room .
But, of course, right now: around here it is all boy!!! so here are some of my favorite Boy Nursery inspiration pics:

If I can’t have one of each, I’ll take the cityscape. With the map on the opposite wall! Maybe because the scape is new and different. My boys didn’t have nurseries; we were too poor. The 2nd boy slept in a big closet. And was well loved by all.
those who love much are the richest anyway!!! hugs, susan!
Congratulations to your family. I have boys too, and even though they are grown, they still have my heart wrapped around their little fingers. Now I’m expecting my first grand baby and have been asked to help decorate the nursery. I’ll send along the link here of these beautiful nurseries! Oh… it’s going to be a boy!
What wonderful news, Darlene! Congratulations on your little nephew. He’s already a beauty 🙂
Congrats! So fun to have a new baby in the family. Love these ideas for a babies room.
The third/fourth picture with the dark grey walls. I am a mother of 3 children ages 10-15 years, and I would have loved to spend time with my children in such a sophisticative and creative place.
I’ve always loved the nursery with the amazing yellow-framed painting, white shelves, deep gray walls, black jenny lind crib, and the Madeline Weinrib rug. It’s perfect for a girl or boy and can be used as a classy guestroom or office too. I have it tucked away as my inspiration for our next nursery…whenever that may be!
I was wondering why you were pinning so many nurseries–for a new client, of course! Welcome to the family!
