objects :: some rugs I love - Fieldstone Hill Design

I am on the hunt for the perfect rug for our boys’ room.
Alas… I have not found “The One.”

After creating the first draft of the boys’ room design board, I decided that I now want to go with a rug that would be a bit more child-proof than the soft-blue and cream yacht stripe rug {Dash and Albert} featured here:

The only problem is that I have not found one that I love that is also practical for a 5 yr. old and 3 yr. old boy. I am working on that, though… so, stay tuned.

Any rugs you could recommend for this boys’ room??

IKEA is my go to for rugs…I can't think of anything off hand that would fit your boys room…

I've given up on having rugs in my boys' rooms…they have a car "Track" rug in the playroom, but that is it…please share anything you find that works!

Well, not sure if you're up for it but you could always do a DIY chevron rug!

I like your selection, but I do think you could do a DIY version. Find a sisal or just rug and paint navy chevron on it. It's super easy and ours has held up to our boys, though it's not very cushy…
