Images of :: Pool Dreaming

Maybe it is because I am about to face a looooooong, pregnant summer.

Maybe it is because my boys ask me for one every other day.

Maybe it is because I am losing my marbles…

But lately,

I have been pool dreaming:

Maybe a pool would tide me over until I can live on the lake??

Which one of these images has you Pool Dreaming?

Despite the maintenance, wouldn’t it be lovely to have one of these beauties in your backyard?

  • Our move to our present home/farm meant giving up a waterfront property, so we’ve been talking pool ever since. We miss swimming! I’d like to see if we could get a natural swimming pool installed. Way less maintenance.

  • I love our pool! Love it! It feels like a resort when I’m floating on my back looking up at the trees. It’s not huge or super deep, but we live in it all summer long. It’s worth the expense and the maintenance to us, but I can see how for some people it would be too much. I have no regrets about it at all for our family, though.

  • The smaller one from House and Home- Would be a perfect size for us 🙂
    Our water feature turned out to big, I’ve been pushing to have it expanded more and go for a “small” pool…
    All the ones you posted are gorgeous in their own settings. Thanks for sharing-

  • Such a lovely post, i like it very much, pics of pool are awesome, i also want that stairs in pool 🙂

  • We have always had a pool in our backyard, the maintenance has never been a problem. One thing, we always buy a house with an existing pool. I’ve never noticed a difference in price of the homes, but the cost of putting in a pool is HUGE.
