Each room needs a bit of it.
Each outfit needs a dose of it.

I loved this. I have been rather dull in my clothes choices later. I’m definitely going to add more sparkle now!
Hi pru! Yes, go for it!!!
darlene, I love these. I’m enjoying adding the sparkle to the rooms you’ve designed for me 🙂 it doesn’t get anymore sparkly than gold gilding : ) I’m typeing at my desk with the little gold accents right now. inspired.
made me blush. So glad you are enjoying your sparkle!!!!!!
Oh DARLENE. I love this. You had me at the title, of course, and I have Pinned some version of that “glitter in her veins” script recently too. I especially like something glitzy paired with something either plain or rough, like that twill jacket or of course denim. Am working gradually through each room here at the farm to incorporate some extra glam. That takes a small effort, though! LOL Have a sparkly day!! xo
Yes! I LOVE what you said about pairing the glitzy with the plain or rough. It truly is the perfect pairing! Hmmmm. Kind of reminds me of my lifetime decor contrast obsession:: farmhouse simplicity and high-gloss glamour!
I love a little sparkle. I mostly add it to my home with lighting. Twinkle lights, candles, lanterns. My husband wouldn’t go for too much glitter. And I accommodate him except at Christmas. You have to have a glittery Christmas. 🙂
perfect plan!!
Love a bit sparkle. Not too much, just enough to brighten a room and bring a smile. All rooms should have something in them they makes the owner smile, don’t you think? Mind you I don’t wear much sparkle, you have inspired me to include a touch a bit more often!
go for it!!!!!! add some sparkle!
This could be my all-time favorite of your posts. I’ve followed Fieldstone Hill for about a year and even with all the lovely, visionary, and just plain fun posts, this is the one that I’ve returned to several times today, for my glitter fix!! I went off to a meeting this morning in a sweater with a hint of sequins and still have some sparkle left over. This post goes into the archives! Thank you for the multiple stunning images!!!
oh, thank you SO much, carol!!!!! so glad the post inspired you!!!!!
