What is going on with the art piece to the right of the image? It appears to be cut off — which is really interesting if they cut if off to fit the curve of the wall. Just wondering if the image is as it appears.
Thanks!
Anna
This is like the “grown up” version of a blanket fort.

@Anna, I think there are curving stairs are between the camera and that wall. The wall is obscured by the underside of the staircase. I think.

My because:
Cozy, soft, can fit several small cuddly children, window for natural light.
I don’t have a space like this, but Im inspired to find ways to make my home cozy. I think I need a second home, because six months of the year I want cozy and the other six I want airy!

Loving Cheryl Ketner’s colorful chaise and dark walls makes the colors pop. And if anyone can please recall the name and manufacturer chaise fabric, I would be ever so grateful! Want to so something similar in my new house where grandchildren will play.

I live in a ocean side town. So to have a lounge spot with views of the water would be my dream come true!!
Love the neutrals that allow nature to shine!
White shag rug, white comfy day bed and fur throw. Missing my book….

luscious hide-away! like the mixing of metallic features in the side table and lighting choices. gold and antique silver. Could stand one more gold decorative piece for me , maybe on the end table. Always need something in wood too. lovely image.
Okay, so this one is totally unrealistic, but it could happen. I love it and think it would be a wonderful place to relax, read, write, daydream or just rest. The fresh air, the sun, the sounds, would lead the direction. I would have to find an old trampoline, then figure out how to build it, although I do have ideas of doing it a little differently. I love it and hope I haven’t already posted it to one of the days. lol
