Very handsome room!! and the mirror makes it a bit feminine so it’s nicely balance,. I like dark rooms like this too. With your series I feel that I know you a lot 🙂

I love bookcases built around a couch; the art is stunning and I love how the bindings of the books carry on the colors of the art work; all the textures; the deep tones; the wall sconces for lighting, the ottoman for a coffee table.

  • Beautiful room! I’m also fond of a seat between bookcases and love the mirror as well. The unexpected hit of red in the table is wonderful.

Mine is similar, but different. lol I had thought of doing it in my office but ended up putting part of a large tv unit between the bookshelves. The part is against the papered wall. The unit is too much for the room making it very heavy looking. I was going to paint the bookcases and fix them up but was rushed to get finished. When I get a chance, I’m going to paint them and put a bench between them. I’ll like it much better against the chocolate walls. Here’s the link.
