Today’s ditto | a room I love* post features a gorgeous sitting nook, that I have affectionately nicknamed:
Chillin with Cheetah.
*{Ditto | Room I Love posts demonstrate a great exercise for you as you continue to develop your own personal style: using your own favorite pictures, and making a quick list of what you actually love about the space. If you study what you love about a space, it helps you to bring what you LOVE into your own home!}
Simple and glam, I would love to sit for a spell in this sitting nook. And come on; Let’s be honest: That cheetah commands all of his own special attention, and really rocks this little space out of the ballpark.
This is a room I love. Do you love it?:

WHAT I LOVE {What I would ditto!}:
1. The sultry, comfy, sofa bed…. that looks far more chic than most sofa beds {its the full upholstery that does it for me}
2. The HUGE cheetah painting, of course. Which is amazing for the character it adds to the room, but also the gold tones and patterned spots.
3. Rich, navy paint/ gold accessories.
4. Plenty of coffee and side tables for books.
5. Flank a sitting nook with two matching lamps.
6. Roll pillows.
7. A vase full of feathers.
*** And introducing, a new addition to some of my ditto posts ***
You CAN {ditto} it!

OMGosh Darlene. Growing up we had a huge, framed Bunka {embroidered} cheetah (heck, maybe it was a leopard) that was this size in our living room. I am SO calling my Mom tomorrow to see if she still has it.
Seeing this was just a huge blast from the past {the green couch, orange shag carpet and all}. Too fun!
xoxo, Claire
Oh, yes!!! Time to take that baby out again!!
I love that big seat and the many positions you can sit in it. It’s gorgeous!
I love that little cheetah guy and his emerald background. Such a charmer! 🙂
Roar! Love this sophisticated space.
The Nester told me to stop by. Great idea for a series!! It’s so important to see how everyone can add some pretty to their homes, without breaking the bank!
Cheers1,
Barbara
