I was delighted to find these pewter serving pieces for a song at a local consignment shop.
I love pewter.
I find it warm and cool, all at once. But, most of all, I love it because each piece seems to have history, as if there is some great story behind it.
…and that is beautiful, whether your home is 180 years old or not.
try throwing a bit of pewter/a little bit of history into your space.

I have about a dozen pewter ale mugs and a few serving pieces (cream and sugar bowls). I’ve put them in my DR hutch and now they live atop my kitchen cabinets (where you frankly can’t see them). I’m totally at a loss as how to showcase these little gems. Any thoughts?
