Hello blogland!

I am not often a weekend blogger, but I wanted to get this message out to my sweet readers as soon as possible.

I have been blogging here at Fieldstone Hill for nearly one year, and blogging for a total of 4 years, and one of the most wonderful things about blogland is, hands down, the boundless generosity that I have witnessed as bloggers chip in to help others.

Last week, I learned about a blogger who needs our help {thank you, Traci!!}. Her name is Sharlie, and she is a wife and a mom who is awaiting a double lung and heart transplant in order to save her life. She is fighting for her life and fighting for her family. With courage and faith.

Well, many hands make light work, but – even better -many hearts relieve many heavy burdens. We can help to relieve some of the burden for Sharlie.
