It’s “A Room I Love” Day….just a simple hello, from me to you, featuring a Room that I Love, and a quick list of why I love it:
This amazing office {via Little Green Notebook} is a space that is made stunning by the details.
Scroll down to the bottom of the pics to see “What I Love” about this great space:
What I Love:
- The black lacquer bookshelves, expansing the room.
- The white-frame detailing on the bookshelves.
- The silhouetted lamps, hardwired and providing an extra touch of light.
- Being surrounded by books while working and creating.
- The fabulous tufted chair.
- A desk with modern lines.
- The fabulous disc detail on the ceiling trim.
- The detail of the black-line trim on the flooring.
- The cheetah.
- Bright art in a neutral room.
- A window view while you work.
- A comfortable place to lounge and study in the office.
Do you love it?? What do you love?
What catches my eys is the blue picture on the wall, blue pillows and few blue scattered books in the bookcase….cool 🙂
I like the contrast of the masculine side with the desk and shelves, opposed to the cozy and welcome window seat! A beautiful room…
Wow, what a beautiful room! Right now I’m working at my kitchen island, so an office like that would be a dream come true! (I do have a nice view though.)
Hope you have a great weekend, Darlene!

{and thanks for your sweet words over at Rhoda’s blog!!}
What is the source of the photo? I adore that desk and would love to know where to get it.
